I had a mixed experience at Barcelo San Jose. On the positive side, the hotel staff was generally attentive and professional, and I enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the comfortable room. However, I faced some issues with room readiness and encountered a rude staff member when I needed assistance retrieving a lost item, which was quite disappointing.
